Paulie Castellano: Mission Statement

 The Mag (Mutual Assistance Group) are prepared and professional operators who are here to take a stand in these troubling times.  We have the manpower, skills and tools to oppose any malicious threat we may face.  It is our duty to assist those in our community who are in need.  We will confront and combat any obstacle we may face to ensure peace and liberty.

Think of us a private security organization.  Many of us were various first responders from police, fire and ems before the collapse.  However, now we feel that we are best purposed for maintaining order.  Our original intention was to help or fellow brothers and our community and that is just what we're gonna do.

We we're never the kind of militia that we're often portrayed in the media.  We never advocated any antigovernmental sentiments or had any intentions to overthrow the government.  We left that to those boogaloo types over a Fedder Farms.  Fedder's son and his friends tried running around like a bunch of little anarchist terrorists.  Luckily, Fedder Sr. decided it was smarter to just cooperate for the sake of maintaining peace.  Though I'm sure Sean Murphy still has desires to claim my scalp as he once said he would.

We've structured ourselves similar to a military unit.  Back before the collapse we were very well organized, holding training exercises with various regions around the state.  Working together and building cohesion.  I lead this region and while I know other regions are still operational, communications can be difficult at times.  I have a corps of loyal officers and well trained enlisted men who are disciplined and willing to maintain control of our community to keep it from falling into chaos.

Trouble is looming on the horizon though.  Our troops have been encountering resistance at night.  A checkpoint was hit a few weeks ago.  A night patrol a couple of nights later.  These attacks have been quick and deadly leaving no survivors and no witnesses have come forward.  Though I have my suspicions, we have yet to determine who is responsible.  Whoever this new threat is, I am confident that they will be found out and they will be brought to justice.
